Returns/exchanges/refunds

Please email (DO NOT CALL) contact@needforspeedracing.com with name, invoice number, your contact info,  what you would like to return/exchange and  what you would like to return/ exchange it for, and the reason for the return/ exchange.

Please write the RA # on the box.

All returns/exchanges/refunds must receive prior approval by a need for speed racing llc customer service representative. A return authorization number will be issued to those approved.

All return/exchange/refund claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order(as shown on the delivery company tracking records) and must be received by need for speed racing llc within 14 days of your receipt of the order, or the return/exchange/refund will be refused, and no return/exchange/refund will be issued.

Any and all returns/exchanges/refunds not due to a shipping error or by need for speed racing llc will be subject to a nonrefundable 20% restocking fee. Any return not made within the return guidelines or the specified timeframe will either be refused or subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Refused packages are subject to a nonrefundable 20% restocking fee.

Any product defects or damage must be reported to need for speed racing llc within 2 business days of receipt of the package or return/exchange will be refused.

Electrical parts of any kind are not returnable for any reason.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All return/exchange/refund pending parts, apparel, accessories must be in their original unopened packaging, all tags attached, no greasy fingerprints, or in other words, brand new resalable condition. No returns on any part that has been installed, used, or open package items. Sorry, you know you wouldn’t want to get a package that was opened and taped together, missing parts.

All ra packages are closely inspected before any return/exchange/refund is given. All return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

No warranties are expressed or implied for any product purchased from needforspeedracing.com.

All warranties are solely the responsibilities of the manufacturers of the product. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any questions about warranty claims for their products.

All items should be inspected by the customer upon receipt. If shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All freight damage claims must be made to the carrier.

Liability:  the acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from needforspeeracing.com by the customer hereby releases needforspeedracing.com, and need for speed racing llc , its owners, partners, operators, and heirs from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any changes, alterations and/or modifications to any motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile,                v-twin motorcycle, or mountain bike may increase the risk of accident, injury or death

Sales tax

We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax on all orders shipped within CT. all out of state orders are not charged sales tax; you are solely responsible for all sales or any taxes due in your state.

Order acceptance policy

Your receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Needforspeedracing.com reserves the right to decline any order for any reason, including your personal information not passing our address verification process.

Any and all mistakes and misprints subject to change and correction. If it sounds too good to be true it is probably a misprint and will be corrected. Sorry we are human and do make mistakes somtimes uploading content and prices.
