A cooler engine lasts longer, performs more reliably, and delivers more consistent power throughout the RPM range. The ideal operating temperature for engine oil is between 180°F and 200°F. Your air cooled engine can easily run in excess of 220°F which means that you’re losing power and your oil is being degraded by excessive operating temperatures.

By installing this oil cooler you can keep your KLX/DR-Z110 engine operating at peak efficiency even under the most severe conditions. Unlike other oil cooling systems, this oil cooler increases your engine's oil capacity by 150cc over stock. A greater volume of oil translates into more effecient cooling. Easy to install, this oil cooler kit comes with complete, easy to follow instruction and all necessary hardware.

Install Instructions

We recommend K&N Oil Filter, part #018-KN-112, to help get the maximum performance out of your oil cooler.

Using this oil cooler requires removal of the stock air box and filter. You will need the TBR Air Filter, part # 022-4-02 to replace the stock air box & filter.
