This 143cc bore kit is one of these most thought out and best designed kits for the KLX/DRZ-110 market. Un-like other kits out there in the market place, this kit comes ready to race, NO JETTING OR TUNING, bolt on and RACE! We have worked hard to make sure that all of these pieces are matched and tuned, for our ULTIMA Pipe, to each other for maximum performance for the budget minded racer, just as the name implies, PRIVATEER RACING. Our kit also comes with a COMPLETE SET OF INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, NO GUESSING HOW IT WORKS.
Kit Details:
1) Privateer Race Head Complete with rockers, valves, matched springs and retainers. 28mm Intake valve with a 25mm intake high flow port, 23mm Exhaust valve with a 21mm exhaust port.
2) CHP Race cam, the HEART of the Race kit. Designed specifically for this head and dyno tuned for maximum performance, lift and duration specially for this head and carb combo, not a stock mod cam.
3) CHP 143cc Aluminum cylinder with steel sleeve
4) CHP 60mm High Compression/High Speed piston with rings, wrist pin and clips
5) 26mm, Japanese RACE VERSION MIKUNI, not a street or performance version of this carb, THE RACE version tuned out, no jetting required, and ready to RIP!!!! This is the EXACT SAME CARB that comes in the Kitaco and Takegawa Bore kits. These companies do not trust their motor kits to a cheap copy and neither do we.
