BBR Motorsports Heavy Duty Forged Output Shaft is the newest solution to broken output shafts on KLX/DR-Z110 motors. In an effort to maximize strength, the engineers at BBR forged this item from a high-strength proprietary alloy. With an incredibly strong output shaft, the engineers felt it was important to beef up first gear. They used the same high-strength proprietary alloy and forged a new first gear. With other aftermarket output shafts, the oiling hole is eliminated. BBR corrected this problem by adding a spiral grooved brass bushing to the new first gear. The BBR solution gives you a high-strength forged shaft with first gear and proper oiling performance.

This item was developed for the BBR/Monster Energy Drink race team and is by far the strongest after-market output shaft available. Nothing else even comes close
